Organised by Auckland Transport & led by Big Foot Adventures - bringing the outdoors directly to school!

On Tuesday 14th and Wednesday 15th May, Rooms 7, 9 & 10 took part in Bike Skills training. This was organised by Auckland Transport and led by Bigfoot Adventures Ltd.  With so many children riding bikes to school and whizzing around after school, this was an invaluable session to make the children safety conscious and aware.

Bike skills was a fun experience teaching year 5 & 6 safety skills on our bikes. We learnt how to know our helmets and bikes are safe. We got to have some fun riding our bikes and we had to do some courses which taught us how to ride safely on the road. A big thanks to Bigfoot Adventures for teaching us how to keep safe on our bikes.  Everyone enjoyed bike skills so much. Geethishi, Room 7
