Year 5-6 attended an interschool cricket day at Takapuna Grammar School. We took 2 boys and 2 girls teams.

It was a fun tournament and all of our teams did really well. Our boy's teams played each other in the final but we ran out of time to complete the match. A lot of our girls played cricket for the first time. Each team played 5 games of cricket. Takapuna Grammar School provided the umpires and coaches for the day. Olive H won a prize for cheering on the other team - well done Olive. 

A big thank you to Allison Clemen, Candice Vernon, and Emma Bartlett who supervised teams on the day and also to all the parents who transported the children.
