Please note the following dates and variations to timings coming up in the next few weeks.

Last day of Term 2 - 3rd July - School will finish at 12.50pm (beginning of lunch time) for all students. Those students who require supervision, are welcome to stay in the library for the rest of the afternoon.

First day of Term 3 - 20th July 

Yr 7-13 learning Conversations will run all day. No timetabled classes. Students may attend learning Conversations in mufti.

Open Day Thursday 23 July 

Your daughter is being asked to help with this very important event in our annual calendar - the Open Day, to be held on Thursday 23 July. The students will be in school on Thursday until 1.00pm and then return as required in the Afternoon and/or Evening to help as a tour guide or to be in a classroom so as to interact with our guests as they tour the school. Students will be given more details about which tour they are assisting with and when they are required to be at school, closer to the day. The 1.00pm finish is to allow teachers to prepare their classrooms for the tours.All students will need to be in their formal uniform unless required to wear PE uniform for the activity they are involved in.Students in the groups performing at the two welcomes will be briefed about when to be at school by the teacher in charge of their activity.

Afternoon students timing 

Tour Guides - at school by 3.45pm 

Students in classrooms - at school by 4.10pm 

Finish at 5.45pm at the latest

Evening student timing 

Tour Guides - at school by 6.00pm 

Students in classrooms - at school by 6.25pm 

Finish at 9.00pm at the latest. 

Boarding students will be bused back to Tolcarne at approx. 9.10pm

Friday 24 July timing - a late start 

Students are expected to be in their Period 2 class beginning at 9.40am.
