At the recent City Finals of the 48 Hour Film Competition, one of our teams, Cinnamon Cinemas, won three awards for their supernatural film noir No Indemnity, including Best Production Design and Best School Team. 

Cinnamon Cinemas (Courtney Lloyd, Lily Knox, Kate McEwan) has taken part in the competition since the members were in Year 9. In other years the team has also included Emma Boult and, last year, Lucie Holtz. Emma was in another school team this year, Movies by Dudes (Emma, Sophie Broadley, Olivia WIlkinson), which was also nominated for the Best School Team award. 

As the members of both teams are finishing school this year, it was the last time they entered the competition as St Hilda's teams, which made the event bittersweet.
