Last Day Arrangements and Prize Giving information
Last Day Arrangements – Wednesday 6 December 2023
St Hilda's last day of instruction is on Wednesday 6 December.
· Year 7 to 10 students are to attend at the normal time in the morning
· They are to wear casual clothes for a school clean up
· They will be bussed to the Edgar Centre for Prize Giving Practice and released from there at 11.30 approx. (The exception to this may be Kapa Haka and Sings Hilda who may be needed for a practice and soundcheck)
· Students will have the option to leave or be picked up from the Edgar Centre or be transported back to school and released or picked up from there.
Please advise the school by email to admin@shcs.school.nz if your child needs a bus ride back to school by Tuesday 5 December 2023.
Prize Giving Evening - Wednesday, 6 December 2023
Prize Giving starts at 5:00 pm at the Edgar Centre. All Students (Year 7 to 13) should be there at 4.30 pm.
Uniform is to be immaculate and blazers are to be worn.
Road Closures and Parking around the Edgar Centre
Please be aware of the following:
Midland St is closed from 6 pm - so you can use it to get there but not to get out.
Futsal is on at the Edgar Centre, so please leave plenty of time for parking.
