Congratulations to Megha Senthilkumar who entered her original Song "Walking a Mile, Feels like a Step" into the "Play it Strange" songwriting competition, a song she wrote for Mother's Day.

Megha is a National Finalist and won a $825 recording session as well as a $50 Rockshop voucher. Megha had the opportunity to record her song at the Otago School of Performing Arts with qualified technician, Stephen Stedman. Megha found this to be such a great experience, having the opportunity to record her own song with voice and other backing instruments with the help of Stephen, as well as a band. Additionally, Megha also received a viewing of the new and improved recording studio at The University of Otago School of Performing Arts. 

She would like to say a big thank you to everyone who helped and supported her through this process.
