Hi everyone, my name is Kirsten Harley, an Old Girl of SHCS. With over 20 years experience teaching Group Fitness, it is definitely my passion. Starting Monday June 14th, I will be taking Group Fitness classes at St Hilda's in the Fitness Studio. My focus is on having FUN, building a COMMUNITY and of course providing SAFE and EFFECTIVE workouts.
Workouts will be a mix of cardio, core and basic strength with modifications to suit different levels of fitness.
$10 per class
$40 for 5 classes
‼ Come and try your first class for FREE.
Classes are currently 6PM MONDAY and 6AM THURSDAY. If you have your own group of friends that would like to do a different day/time just let me know and we can sort something out.
