Volleyball this term has been as popular as ever, with many social teams being created amongst friends. Within our Junior group, we were able to create a year 9&10 A team which is great. With two keen coaches in this space, the development of skills for the players was impressive. 

Our Year 9 team took opportunities to attend Otago Junior Champs, Junior Sports Week and Junior South Islands in Invercargill. By the end of their season, the girls had really taken on all of the knowledge learnt and were playing great Volleyball. The girls came way from the tournament enthusiastic and keen to continue next year. 

Our Senior team played in a very short season due to Covid-19 changes in winter sport. The team will be looking forward to getting more game time in the New Year. The 7&8 team had a great finish to their term. For this group it is all about learning the basics and our senior student coaches were great at giving them the skills.
