Sport Defaults and Sickness
As you are all aware, there is a large amount of sickness within the school. While we understand that this means some students are unable to participate in their sports teams, what the sports department does expect is plenty of notice if teams are short and unable to play. The department is receiving too many emails (or none at all) late in the day for games that afternoon to default as teams are short.
Can we please ask everyone that plays in a team to communicate with coaches, managers, captains & team members early around availability. We all look forward to game day and it's disappointing on team members and the opposition for late defaults and teams not turning up. With most sports not playing over the weekend, please rest and recover. Rachael & Erin
