Providing an opportunity to hear the career journey's of up to twelve panelists across your two chosen panels.

Panelists will share their personal career journeys including those aspects you can’t find out online eg:

  • introductions, sharing who they all are and introducing their current role.

  • touching on how they decided on their current career, does this differ from their first steps out of school?
  • personal insights into the skills and attributes required within their roles.
    • how these have developed (possibly from as early as senior secondary school years)
    • which skills and attributes they feel are the most important and why, any they find challenging and why
    • how they continue to develop these for their career progression
  • how the bulk of their day is spent in their role
  • other roles/aspects of their life that are important to them / passionate about e.g. sporting, community involvement etc.
