Year 10 Duke of Edinburgh

Here is some more information on the recent Duke of Edinburgh cycle trip!

The Year 10 Duke of Edinburgh Bronze students had a fabulous weekend completing the adventurous journey portion of the award by cycling 73KM along the Clutha Gold Trail from Lawerence to the Roxburgh Dam, with an overnight camp in Miller’s flat. The weather was stunning, the scenery was beautiful and the girls showed determination and a positive attitude while completing the challenge.

Mrs McMahon, Mrs Joint and Ms McNatty accompanied the girls for the weekend. A special thanks to Mrs Holtz for all her hard work preparing the girls for the trip and supporting the girls to complete their Duke of Edinburgh Awards throughout the year.
