It seems unbelievable we have now finished Week 6 for the Term! On Saturday the girls headed off bowling. This was a competitive outing, all trying to knock as many pins down as possible and of course aim for the famous strike! There were a lot of laughs and interesting techniques, a fun afternoon out 😀

This week the Sleep Seminar started with Ella. There was the option for juniors and seniors to attend different workshops, with an evening of all things relaxing! This included a 'little bit of everything chill' - relaxing yoga poses, breathing exercises, meditations, affirmations and sleep hacks, Yoga Nidra, and an R&R booklet for all to keep.

Koru was on for both Year 9 and 10's this week, with the Year 10 girls having Tilly as a special guest! Tilly loved the shoes set up on the floor for the 'line game', not knowing which ones to play with since there were so many options! The line game was back by popular demand, with the girls being asked a series of questions and having to answer honestly by 'stepping up to the line'. Their session ended with Robyn and Isla having to be truthful, through the girls asking hard questions for them to step up about.

The communications to our new Year 9 families for 2021 also began this week. These families will receive a range of information over the upcoming months, before the sleepover next term! This week we sent them the 'Chatterbox'. This was a newsletter packed full of details regarding what we had been getting up to and what they can start looking forward to when arriving early next year! We are all excited to meet the 33 new girls and for them to begin their Tolcarne journey with us 💕

We have lots of girls involved with Tournaments next week, along with having the whole Year 10 hockey team moving into the hostel! We can't wait to hear how you all go, play hard and enjoy the time as a team.

We hope everyone has an amazing long weekend. Take the time to relax and recharge your batteries, while enjoying time with family and friends. We are looking forward to seeing you all back on Monday (Parents please remember to complete the wellness declaration forms before the return of your daughter). 💟
