Weekly News Term 3 Week 4

Dear Parents and Caregivers

As announced by the Prime Minister this week, we have moved into Level 2, and have reinstated all of the health and safety practices that we had in place last term.

We will be asking the girls to maintain social distancing, bring their own small bottle for hand sanitiser, that we can fill at school, maintain good hand washing and hygiene practices and stay away from school if they feel unwell. If they are unwell please let the school office know at:  absences@shcs.school.nz

We have shut the student kitchen at this stage, but the canteen will remain open. Staff have talked to their whanau groups about the processes and systems that we have in place, and reminded the girls of ways to keep themselves and others safe.

We appreciate that this is an uncertain time for all our students, and we will be supporting them as much as possible. If you have any concerns about the protocols we have in place, or if your daughter has any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the appropriate Year Level Dean.

Thank you for your understanding as we adjust to the current circumstances and we will communicate any updates as soon as we have them.
