Newsletter retraction:

Orienteering results Correction: inadvertently, the competition between St Hilda's and OGHS was so tight that the points had to be cross-checked, with a couple of name and points issues rectified. These final corrections meant that OGHS just came out ahead of St Hilda's for the overall Girls / Co-ed Year 9-13 trophy. This was still a great result for St Hilda's, who had 3 Y9/10 Juniors contributing to these points, against the OGHS team who were comprised of 2 Juniors and a very experienced Senior girl. St Hilda's girls have been working really hard at their skills this year, by teaming up with the OBHS boys to train together. OBHS and St Hilda's usually get together for combined teams for the Hillary Outdoors Junior Get2Go Challenge, and occasionally the Senior equivalent, the Hillary Challenge. These events require good navigation skills on behalf of all team members, great teamwork, and other skills such as kayaking or mountain biking experience. The orienteering, and perhaps adventure racing, future at St Hilda's is looking good with such promising young Juniors.
