Year 10 Camp

The Year 10 students had a fabulous week in beautiful Tautuku!

Once they had handed in their phones they were able to fully immerse themselves in the stunning environment.

We started the activities with a sand sculpture competition, which is hotly contested. It was a chance for the students to be out on Tautuku beach and appreciate where they would be spending their week.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday were busy days spent abseiling, kayaking, plunging through the dense bush, using their initiative and enjoying a whole day out on the Tautuku Peninsula.

Evening activities were fantastic with the Wearable Arts and "Tautuku's got Talent" competitions being highlights.

75 weary students headed home on Friday night after a lovely week. Thank you to the staff and parents who gave up their time for the students to have a successful camp.
