Rural Health Career Sessions

The New Zealand Rural General Practice Network in partnership with Students of Rural Health Aotearoa (SoRHA) recently hosted three virtual Rural Health Careers Sessions recently. These 45-minute virtual presentations aimed to provide information for year 11-13 students on studying towards a career in rural health.

The presentations were hosted by nursing, medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and physiotherapy students who share their own experiences and give insight into what it’s like to study health at a tertiary level.
