Cross Country Series - Event 2

On Thursday, 20 runners took part in Event 2 of the Cross Country series. This time the team relays were held out in St Kilda. Both junior and senior races were tightly contested by the front leaders. A great leg was run by Molly McKenzie for the seniors, and Charlotte Aburn then chased down the Otago Girls' team to take the lead. The U15 Junior Gold finished 1st and Blue finished 5th. The Senior Blue team finished 1st in the O15 Senior Girls grade with the Red team coming 4th and the Green team finishing 8th.
