Whanaungatanga Conversations - Reminder

Term 1 Learning Conversations with your child’s Whanaungatanga Teacher.

Whanaungatanga Learning Conversations will be held virtually on Wednesday 15 March, 6.00-8.00pm and Tuesday 21 March, 2.00pm-4.30pm.

On the afternoon of Tuesday 21 March, the school will be open but we will not be running the timetabled classes for period 5. Supervision will be provided for students who need to remain until 3.25pm. Please inform the school, via email to admin@shcs.school.nz, by Friday the 17th of March if your child requires supervision.

The three-way conversation will be between the student, their parents and their Whanaungatanga teacher. Each student’s conversation is approximately 10 minutes. These learning conversations will take place virtually. When you make your booking, you will receive a Google Meet link for your child’s Whanaungatanga teacher. To access this link, all you need is a Google account (or you can also use your child’s account for this).

The School Interviews booking site (https://www.schoolinterviews.co.nz/) will open at 12noon Monday 6 March. Click on ‘Make a Booking’. The event code is hkfzx. The booking site will close at 5pm Monday 13 March.
