Road Closures/125th Arrangements

Cobden Street upcoming road closures (this week and next).

We have been informed that access and parking for Cobden Street (in front of Olveston), will be affected by upcoming filming.

There will be no parking in front of the Olveston building. The road will not be accessible from Queens Drive and there is no access from Royal Terrace (unless you are a resident) from 12.00 Monday 15th March until Thursday 18th March at 7pm. The temporary bus stop will be set up further down Royal Terrace - see the attached photo for more information.

Please be mindful of this when dropping off or picking up your daughter from school. Apologies for the inconvenience, but it is out of our control.

125th Anniversary Celebration Week

On Thursday March 18th, the school is celebrating our 125th with a special Cathedral service. The school will be walked down, with anyone on crutches taken in a taxi van.

The school will be dismissed from the Cathedral at approximately 3pm. Any students who are needing to urgently get back to school for sports/cultural events can be transported on the bus. They will be asked to email Mrs Helen Almey, so she has a record of names. Otherwise, they can walk back with the teachers (who are also returning to school on foot!). 

On Friday March 19th, school is closing at 1.15pm. If there are any students who need supervised before they can be picked up, they will again be asked to email Mrs Helen Almey. These students will be able to work/read in room 103, as the library will be required for the 125th Anniversary set up.
