Futsal

Our St Hilda's senior futsal teams made the Otago Secondary schools final, playing each other last Thursday. It was a very exciting game, with the lead changing several times. Blue conceded a goal in about the last 10 seconds of the game to give Red a 4-3 lead, which meant they won the league. 

Some great futsal by both teams, and I think all the girls really enjoyed themselves. At the end of the game, the referee spoke to all the girls and congratulated them on the excellent performances, which was great to hear. We are looking forward to Futsal restarting in Term 1.
