Health and Safety Matters

Emergency Drill Practice:

As part of our routine practice of emergency drills, a 'Stay in Place' (Lockdown) drill will take place on Tuesday 30th August. Police observers will be present to critique our operation. All students will be briefed as to what to do beforehand.

Parking:

A reminder to parents and caregivers not to double park on Cobden Street at the end of a school day, as we have contractors' vehicles entering and leaving our building site throughout the day. Also, not parking on yellow lines near our Kea crossing, as it makes the crossing unsafe for our students. It is a busy intersection, so please consider leaving it five minutes before you pick your child up or arrange an alternative place to meet them.
