A 'taste of home' for our International Girls
Hotpot is a traditional food eaten in many Asian countries, so we decided to celebrate mid winter by enjoying a taste of home.
Our international students have now all been here since January 2020 and so are missing home, family and their local cuisines, so it was good to enjoy a traditional Chinese hotpot together at Impressions.
A Hotpot consists of a hot soup that you then place ingredients of your choice in to cook. A great social event that goes on for hours and was enjoyed by all, even if we may have over indulged.
