Otago Junior Volleyball Champs

Our Junior A Volleyball team participated in the Otago Junior Volleyball Champs a couple of weeks ago. The team have been learning a lot of new skills this year and it was great to see them improving over this tournament. The confidence that the group have shown is exciting for next year with the core group being Year 9.   

The team finished 7th from 12 teams across Otago. Thank you to senior students Tessa Putt and Breane Byck for assisting the team and to Mr Ross for coaching them at lunch times. Congratulations to Ella Colquhoun who was named in the tournament team.

Last week also saw the last Friday night of social Volleyball.  This term has been messy with any long weekends, but I hope that the teams have enjoyed themselves.
