Last Day Arrangements, Prize Giving Information and 2023 Start-up Dates

St Hilda's last day of instruction is on Wednesday 7th December. Students are to attend at the normal time in the morning. They are to wear casual old clothes for a school clean up. Students will be bussed to the Edgar Centre for Prize Giving Practice mid morning and released from there at 11.30am approx - Please let the school know if your child needs a bus back to school by end of Tuesday 6th (The exception to this may be Kapa Haka and Madrigali Rouge who may be needed for practice and soundcheck).

Students will have the option to leave, be picked up from the Edgar Centre, be bussed back to school, released or picked up from there.

Prize Giving starts at 5pm at the Edgar Centre. Students should be there at 4.30pm. Uniform is to be immaculate. Parking is tight, so please leave plenty of time to find a park.

The school is open again on the 16th January for administration and deliveries only.

First day of Term 1 is 30th January

We invite the Year 8, Year 9 and Year 13 students of 2023 in at 1pm to welcome our new Year 7 and 9 students, along with their families in our Mihi Whakatau. Uniform is to be worn for the ceremony.

Tuesday 31st January Year 7 - 13 attend

  • Year 13 after administration will depart on ReTreat.
  • Year 7, 8 & 9 Orientation - School PE Uniform to be worn.
  • Years 10 – 12 after administration will then be in normal lessons. Full school uniform to be worn.
