We only have $40,000 left to reach the 1 million dollars our parish needs to build our new church!

The total costs to fix the church in Temuka and to build a new one here in Pleasant Point is a little over 3 million dollars.

This amount was split into thirds with the understanding that the diocese will fund a third (1 million), the sale of parish assets will fund another third (1 million) and as the Parish we will fundraise a third (1 million)!

Last year the Lotteries Commission granted $350000 towards our fundraising efforts with the condition that the full 1 million is raised by March 31st 2021. If not, we lose this money!

We are so close, with only $40,000 left to go but time is running out!
