Since the beginning of the term the children in Manaaki have been showing a real interest in group games and experiences.

As a result of this interest we have set our group planning to reflect:

'Games, experiences and opportunities that support, encourage and empower all children to play together'.

We will be supporting the children's interest in this by;

- giving children strategies and skills that support them to play and learn with others by listening, taking turns, sharing and by encouraging the use of oral language to express themselves in purposeful ways.
