It has been a busy time in Manaaki with the children enjoying using a range of open ended resources for construction and making.

They have also been really enjoying contributing and participating in small group experiences, especially ripper rugby.  These small group experiences are giving the children a chance to play and learn alongside their play, share their knowledge and understanding with each other, while recognising and appreciating their own ability to learn.  

Another area of interest is doctor's play - to support this interest we have set up a small doctor's area, with a wall display.  

Please remember to bring in your wet bags each day and to make sure a coat and hat is brought in for those cold days.
