We have had a great start to the New Year in Puawai and Whakanui.

You may notice lots of lovely new resources and a wee change around of furniture in Puawai.  We have also set our learning focus for Term One.  We recognised that the children were very interested in outdoor play, art and creativity and really enjoying our mat times.  To support these interests you will notice lots of opportunities for messy play and art. This may mean some extra washing going home! We will also be making the most of exploring outside whenever possible. In Whakanui, Jenni and Ashlee are focusing on settling new children in to their lovely environment and supporting all children to develop their own theories about the world around them.
