Tahuna at Otago Champs.

Terry Hokianga —

Tahuna athletes appeared to have done very well this year. We were very well represented in a number of finals.

About 70 students from Tahuna were bused down to the Caledonian athletics stadium to participate in the Otago Champs for schools across the Otago region. Two weeks ago at South zones Tahuna really dominated and so the Otago Champs were a real test. A highlight was the U13 boys 200m relay where Keanu Vanisi took the baton for the last leg and really put the hammer down. Well done Tahuna athletes, teachers and organisers. Here are a sample of photos.
