Anika Ayson shares with us her Surfing achievements over the summer.

I have competed in several surfing events lately. My results have been , a 1st in Under 16 girls and 4th in the Under 14 girls in Southland Surf Champs held at Colac Bay. I also placed 2nd in the under 18 girls Otago Champs which were at Aramoana. Finally I won the Under 16 girls at the Kakanui Surf competition. I am also have also participating in South Coast Boardriders Ladder competition. Coming into winter it is starting to get a bit colder so the surfing competitions are over for now.
