Yesterday was a big morning for 75 young performers who had rehearsed all year for Stars on Stage. Unfortunately the big event had to be cancelled and Tahuna ( thanks to the generosity of King’s High School) were able to compensate for this by filming the entire 7 minutes and 50 seconds. We spent the whole morning at King’s and our Tahuna students were outstanding both onstage and off. Once the lighting had been added to the show we were able to perform to a small group of teachers and students. The colour, costumes, set and lighting truly were the icing on the cake. The students were vibrant, energetic and showed that their hard work had really paid off. We have some wonderful talent at our school and the lead characters truly brought their A-game. The video footage is now being edited and the aim is to have this available to the performers and students in the next few weeks.
