School Uniform Expectations
Our school uniform not only fosters a sense of unity and belonging but also promotes a positive learning environment. Therefore, I'd like to take this opportunity to remind everyone of the expectations regarding the correct wearing of our school uniform.
1. The Basics:
- Our school uniform is made up of two parts. The formal uniform includes the shell jacket. The sports uniform, which includes the hoodie. Children are not allowed to mix the two.
- All children must come to and leave school in formal uniform apart from a Friday when we have house sports, and they can leave in PE uniform.
2. Grooming and Presentation:
- Jewellery: Keep accessories to a minimum; one wristwatch and one simple stud earring per ear are allowed. If you have more than one piercing, a clear space holder is acceptable.
3. Footwear:
- Black school shoes when wearing formal uniform or sports shoes for PE. Crocs are not sports shoes.
4. Proud Representation:
- Always wear your uniform with pride and respect for our school. It reflects not only your personal appearance but also your commitment to our school.
5. Consequences for Non-Compliance:
- Failure to adhere to the school uniform policy may result in appropriate consequences.
6. Assistance:
- If you encounter difficulties in obtaining or maintaining the uniform due to financial constraints or any other reason, please reach out to our school's office for assistance.
In conclusion, our school uniform plays a significant role in maintaining a positive and focused learning environment. We appreciate your support in ensuring that all students adhere to these guidelines. By wearing your uniform correctly and with pride, you contribute to a cohesive and respectful school community.
