Year 7 Marae Week

The Year 7's had a fantastic time during Marae week learning about the Te Reo and Tikanaga of our Tangata Whenua. Activities included tukutuku panels, harakeke weaving, powhiri, myths and legends, plant use and of course the Hangi.

This was a great time to showcase our development throughout the year in Te Reo as students shared their mihi with other classes.  A big thank you to all the staff and students who made this week a success for our Year 7's.
