Success at Octagonal Day.

In the weekend Anika and I competed at the Octagonal Day pipe band competition. We were playing our drums in the band. We meet at the North Ground where we had to compete. I felt happy and excited as we played.

Our band competed in the MSR and Juvenile competitions. There was a mass band performance on the North Ground on Saturday which was fun. We also had to do a march down the street.

On Sunday we repeated our competition again in the Octagon. The photo above shows our winning team. We won 'Most Improved Band Shield' and came second in the 'Juvenile' competition.
