In Rm.19A we have specialist music teaching every fortnight where we learn and develop our music skills. Through the year this should include making music using a variety of instruments and technology, writing music, recording, production, understanding musical features and maybe even a bit of singing!

The students have really enjoyed their first two lessons and it's a great opportunity for me to see them in a different setting with a new set of challenges for them to face.

Music is also the perfect time for any students who want to take their music further to get together with others and form a band, or for those students just starting out, it could lead to them learning an instrument with one of our itinerant music teachers at Tahuna.

Everybody has their passion and our music classes provide another opportunity for students to find and develop theirs at Tahuna.
