During room 19's camp at Middlemarch, we were lucky enough to be given the opportunity to bike the rail trail as a class.

With the class split into two groups the first group set off from Hyde to get to Daisy Bank by 1pm. The second half of the group were heading to Daisy Bank for slug gun shooting and charcoal drawing. With the weather on our side the biking was an outstanding experience, students seeing many sites along the way. Some of the highlights were the tunnel (150m long) , the numerous sheds along the way and the huge rock cliffs. All in all the Rail Trail was a huge success and room 19 loved it!
