Room 12 recently headed to Long Beach to utilise our new-founded skills in rock climbing.

It started off as a bright sunny day we were very lucky heading to Long Beach that the weather was good for this day. Some 80's tunes kept us company on the long drive out.

When we got there we saw the ginormous cliff that we were to climb, lots of people were really nervous but a reminder of team work and encouragement kept us on track.

We had some amazing climbers who pushed past their fear, Jazmin, Amelia, and Jacob all made it to the top of the cliff which was like 30 metres high!

While one group was climbing the other was making Ryan into a sand mermaid, hunting down little blue penguins or playing sport.

We had a great day and it was so awesome being able to bond as a class, encourage and push people out of their comfort zone.
