On Thursday Kendra Cocksedge came to Tahuna to do some fun Rippa Rugby activities with some Otago Spirit players. We played a game of paper scissors rock, and I won and Maisy was cheering me on. I got to wear Kendra’s world cup medal. It was really cool and shiney. After we played a game of Rippa, we won 1 game and lost the other but it was really fun. We went back into the performing arts room and were allowed to ask Kendra some questions. Then she did a quiz and some people got a Black Ferns t-shirt for getting the question. At the end we got a photo with her and then went back to class. It was really cool to meet and talk to a world champion!
