Room 17's writing topic this term of  Adventure Stories has been really popular with the class. Spencer Campbell tells us a little more about this part of their literacy programme.

For writing Room 17 have been creating their own islands.They had to make up different places to put on to their islands and they had to use coordinates to show where to place them on the map. I really like how you get to create your own map and write your own adventure story to go with it.
