Over the last week or so we have been doing our korowai project which involved being artistic, researching and of course having fun while doing it. For our draft we wrote our mihi.

To do so we had to remember, research and ask our families for help. After we completed our mihi we moved onto the actual Korowai. To do this we had to neatly rewrite our mihi in the inside of our Korowai, we then had to decorate and color the outside of our Korowai with lots of time and effort to make them stand out. We also had a giant class Korowai made and were very lucky to have a few pupils from 19a to spend their time cutting and sticking on some colorful feathers. Thank you to Belle, Callan, and Nikiya for helping with this. I'm sure the teachers were very impressed with them!
