It has been an exciting and busy time back in the Food Tech room for Year 8 students!

Some of the gourmet delights include bliss balls and a snack attack platter. Students then planned and designed their own savoury scrolls. The smell of fruit turnovers wafted through the department, as well as custard as we carried out comparison testing with a commercial product. We tried out Nadia Lim's jelly tipped ice cream recipe with great success! Our final challenge was to make fresh tortilla dough and create a product to use it in.
