Boys Cricket at Nationals

A tough learning curve for the team that played at Lincoln. The tournament was played at a fantastic venue with outstanding facilities. It took a couple of days to adapt to the high standard and conditions and the team showed excellent improvement.

Steep Learning Curve Today

by Roddy Scoles

The boys were a little overawed today against our North Island opponents. We did show some good improvement but unfortunately our top order didn't fire in either game. Tomorrow is another day so hopefully we can get a few more runs on the board. The facilities here are unlike anything the boys have experienced and we are being treated really well.

Cricket Boys Say Thank You To All Our Amazing Sponsors

by Roddy Scoles

We are now back from our trip and although results didn't go as well as we would of liked it was an amazing experience for the team. On the first day the team was a little overawed and we started a little slowly. By the second day we improved greatly and had our chances in both games. We were on top of the eventual winners, Heaton but couldn't get the killer blow and went down. Our final game was our best and we beat St Peters Cambridge with an all-round display.
