STRIKE BAND
Wellington-based STRIKE BAND came to school this week to entertain the children.
On Wednesday the children we entertained by the Strike band. The three performers played a variety of percussion instruments as well as an electric violin.
The band specialises in choreographed percussion and had set the stage up so the children could see the variety of drums being played. They even used methylated spirits, spray bottles and flames to choreograph a percussive piece of music.
It was great performance with student and teacher involvement. Mr Sneddon's drum solo was epic!
