On Saturday, September 21st, Lucy Thickpenny and Faith Abbott participated in the 2024 South Island Schools Diving Championships, proudly representing Tahuna Intermediate in the Intermediate Schools category. They had a fantastic experience and performed exceptionally well, with Lucy clinching the gold medal and Faith finishing in 5th place. Their success contributed to Tahuna Intermediate winning gold in the Intermediate Event, with James Hargest and Southland Girls following closely behind.
