15th April - $200 Deposit paid to Office to secure place in group

5th May - Parent Meeting in the Staff Room at 7pm

19th May - $600 Full amount for trip must be paid

29th May - Meet at the Airport for Departure to Auckland 8:45am

3rd June - Return home to Dunedin arrive at 7:20pm

Movies

Most students will be supervised at a movie at Sylvia Park on Friday. As it is a Teacher Only Day at RI there may be some students that end up doing activities with their host family. Could you please make sure your child has $10 set aside for the movies on the Friday. If they don't go to the movies this money will not be used. There didn't seem much point charging all parents for this cost when there may be some students who do not end up going.
