Dunedin Primary Schools Triathlon!

26 students represented Tahuna at the annual Dunedin Primary Schools Triathlon on Wednesday in Port Chalmers.

We entered many strong teams and individual athletes who gave it their all during their legs or for some, the entire race! it was so great to see some sunshine and all of our Tahuna values on display! Congrats to all involved! (Official results below.)


Year 7 Boys: 

The 3 Dudes (Conan, Max, Tomos)- 8th (61st overall)

Year 7 Girls: 

Tahuna Queens (Aria, Peta, Lily) - 1st (22nd overall)

Splinter Toes (Zoe, Bronte, Annie) - 2nd (33rd overall)

The 3 eggs (Nikiya, Belle, Marley)- 6th (67th overall)

Year 7 Individual:

Miika Phillips - 8th (74th overall)

Kali Tunoka - 9th (79th overall)

Year 8 Boys: 

The Spiney Dog FIshes (Riley, Fred, Lukas) - 3rd (6th overall) 

The Wizard of W.A.S (Alex, Sam, Will) - 8th (23rd overall)

Year 8 Girls:

Tahuna Elbows (Lola, Harper, Leila) - 5th (51st overall)

Tahuna Gold (Isobel, Brooke, Masie) - 2nd (26th overall)
