44 children chose to take part in a competitive cross country trial down at the beach today in the hope of being selected for the interschool representative team to take part in the Cluster cross country at Rabbit Island in a couple of weeks time.

Mr Barnett has crunched the numbers and the successful team can be found here Well done to everyone who took part and a huge thank you to our helpful parent volunteers who marshalled and supported the children and helped us to hikoi (walk) the children down to the event. We will continue to load photos of the runners to this article. Next week if weather permits we will run a more social house group based race back at school for anyone else who wants to take part.
