We know its been a long time since whanau have been invited into the school as a group to discuss the future. So the Board of Trustees would like to invite you along to our curriculum open night on Monday the 15th of August.
What - Introduce current board
Briefly outline BOT role
Provide election update
Invite interest and opportunity to be involved (now and in the future)
Strategic Planning
Show current plan
Provide opportunity for guests to share their ideas/priorities for the next 3 years
Curriculum
Show current curriculum plan
Outline developments, esp NZ histories
Invite opportunity for questions and to share ideas
We will finish with anything on top (lunches, coming into school, parent library day, masks….) and informal chatting
Where - the school library , please park on Rawhiti Street.
Who - parents/caregivers of current and future students of Tahunanui School. (this is a child free event sorry)
When 6pm- 7pm (refreshments afterwards) Monday the 15th of August.
