Tāhunanui School last week had an exciting session where the ākonga shared their Action Projects from their Experiencing Marine Reserves - EMR mahi. From Letters to the Prime Minister, dioramas, posters, sculptures, and collages made from rubbish picked up from the beach through photos of their snorkelling, all to educate the school on how important protecting our oceans through Marine Reserves is.
