It's Disco Time!!!

A group of parents are organising a Disco for Friday 11th November 2022.

It will be held in the Muritai Centre at school.

We will have two discos:

Year 0-3 Tosswill: 4.30pm - 5.30pm

Year 4-6 Burrell: 6.00pm - 7.00pm

The cost is $3.00 per ticket, and this will include free water and fruit.

There will also be glowsticks, juicies, summer fruit and popcorn on sale.

Children are welcome to dress up in whichever way they like :)

Children will not be permitted to leave the venue until they have been collected by a parent or caregiver. We would appreciate prompt pick-up at the appropriate time. Parents are welcome to stay - no charge!

This disco is for Tahunanui School children only.

Purchasing Tickets:

Tickets will be sold to parents from Tuesday (1st November) next week after school at the Rawhiti and Muritai Street gates. If you need your children to purchase tickets, please put in a named, sealed envelope and take to the office.

Parent Help:

Our main goal is for our children to have fun! We cannot run the disco without parent help.

Help is needed with pre-selling tickets and on the night of the disco. Please contact Kara as soon as you can on admin@tahunanui.school.nz if you can help with any of the following:

• Selling tickets 2.45 - 3.15pm from Tuesday 1st November

• Setting up hall 3-4pm 11th November – making popcorn, arranging seating, lighting, water station.

• Help during the disco – selling glowsticks and food, supervising water and fruit station, supervising bathrooms, and door exit points.
